‘The Chi’ Actor Cortez Smith Signs With Agent & Manager

EXCLUSIVE: Cortez Smith, champion known for playing Nuck connected Showtime’s deed series The Chi, has signed with Exclusive Artists Agency for practice and Untamed Artists LA for management.

Smith has portrayed Nuck, nan street-savvy, maestro manipulator villain connected nan show for six seasons. The eighth and last play of Lena Waithe’s play bid premiered precocious May connected Paramount+.

Born and raised successful Chicago, Smith has besides appeared successful indie films Please, Predators, Scheming, Loyalty Over Trust and nan upcoming features Perfect Murder and Kwik Stop.

Smith is now represented by agent Rebecca Ek, who founded Exclusive Artists Agency successful 2023, and is managed by Brenda Fisher, co-founder of Untamed Artists LA.
